The quality and quantity of books in FTC’s library is one of the college’s strengths. Focusing mostly on its curriculum of Biblical studies, church leadership, and pastoral work, FTC has a library of 18,000 books, considerably more than the 10,000 books required for accreditation. Since the library collection concentrates on the courses taught at FTC, it is strong in the fields of Biblical studies, Christian ministry, church history, Quaker faith and practice, and peace and conflict transformation.
The library is now served by a solar power generating system on campus, so students are able to continue their studies during the evening hours.
Alumni have library privileges for life. Community members may also apply for library privileges.
